Rochelle Andrew Psychotherapy

Navigate life's transitions
with clarity and courage.

You deserve support along the way.

You might find yourself struggling to adjust to a heartbreaking loss or challenging transition. Perhaps you are trying to figure out who you really are after years of being who others wanted you to be. Or it might be time to face that harsh inner critic that limits your self-esteem.

You want to be thriving but instead you feel…

  • Overwhelmed or easily frustrated by things you “should” be able to handle.

  • Anxious about all the little things (don’t even ask about the big things).

  • Heartbroken, stuck and unsure of what comes next.

  • Lost and scared that you might never feel like yourself again.

  • Self-critical for not coping “better” or “moving on”.

Life doesn’t have to stay this way.

Together we will honour the unique parts of who you are and where you have been. Let’s collaborate on a plan just for you and move forward in your goals and healing.

Hi, I’m Rochelle.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist.

Clients describe my approach as warm and down-to-earth. I combine the latest science of the brain and nervous system, with techniques like mindfulness, parts work (ex. Internal Family Systems),  Narrative Therapy and Dialetical Behavourial Therapy (DBT). I use a systems lens, considering how larger structures of power, privilege, and oppression affect our lives and our mental health. If any or all of these approaches are new to you, that is no problem! You don’t have to have any previous knowledge of this to work together.

I believe in this work because I have done it myself. My therapeutic approach isn't about having all the answers, but about co-creating a genuine, compassionate and therapeutic connection where you can unpack your experiences. Let’s tune into your inner wisdom, your inner healer and get results.

There’s a lot of ground and topics we can cover to support you. Here are examples of what some of my clients come to me for…

  • You might be experiencing the death of a loved one, the ending of a relationship or the loss of a job you loved. Loss comes in many forms and can be complex. It may feel impossible now, but you can get through this . There is no magic bullet for grief, I know because I have been there. From my experience I also believe you can find your way back to yourself and you don’t have to suffer alone. We all need support.

  • As someone who's navigated chronic illness and disability myself, I approach working with you from a place of both experience and humility. I will take the time to get curious and really learn about your individual story. I offer a compassionate approach that honours your unique experience. Together we will process your journey, explore your goals and develop strategies that support your emotional well-being while respecting the practical realities of life.

  • For helping professionals and caregivers—including teachers, nurses, emergency services workers, and those supporting loved ones through physical or mental illness—I offer targeted support for the unique emotional challenges of high-stress caregiving roles. I provide a compassionate space to address issues like burnout, compassion fatigue, survivor guilt, and stress. My goal is to help you find a fresh perspective, enabling you to reconnect with yourself and rediscover your joy of life.
